Does this sound familiar?
Being a teenager is hard enough. When something feels off underneath it, everything gets heavier.
Teens do not always have the words for what they are feeling. We help them find them.
How we work with teens
Teenagers can spot someone talking down to them from a mile away. Our therapists do not do that. We meet teens where they are, build real trust, and create a space that is actually theirs, not an extension of school or home.
A lot of what we see in teens is anxiety, overwhelm, and the early signs of ADHD or autism that went unnoticed. We understand the neurodivergent teen experience deeply, and we know how to tell the difference between a teen who is struggling and a teen whose brain simply works differently.
We also keep parents appropriately in the loop, respecting your teen's privacy while making sure you are not left in the dark.
What we help teens with
Support for what teenagers are actually carrying.
Anxiety and overwhelm
School pressure, social anxiety, perfectionism, and the constant low hum of worry that makes it hard to just be a kid.
ADHD and focus struggles
When school gets harder and the strategies that used to work stop working. We help teens understand how their brain works.
Autism and feeling different
For teens who have always felt a step out of sync with everyone else, whether or not they have a diagnosis yet.
Emotional regulation
Big feelings that come on fast and hard. We help teens build skills to ride the wave without being swept under.
Identity and self-worth
Figuring out who they are, including gender and sexuality, in a space that is affirming and pressure-free.
Friendship and family stress
Navigating relationships, conflict, and the social world that takes up so much of a teenager's inner life.
Here is what changes.
Not a different kid. A kid who feels more like themselves.
01
They feel understood.
Having one adult who really gets it, who is not a parent or a teacher, changes how a teen sees their whole situation.
02
They build real skills.
Ways to handle anxiety, big emotions, and hard days that they can actually use, not just talk about.
03
Things settle at home.
When a teen has support and language for what they are feeling, the tension at home often starts to ease too.
04
They head into adulthood steadier.
Understanding themselves now means they carry less weight and more tools into everything that comes next.
