Ideal Psychology Group is a fully virtual, neuroaffirming therapy practice across Michigan. We specialize in ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, OCD, and trauma, and we are known for care that is warm, down to earth, and genuinely affirming.
We are a team that gets it, because most of us are neurodivergent or close to someone who is. That shapes everything, from how we treat clients to how we treat each other.
