You deserve a therapist who sees all of you, without translation.
I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up fully as yourself, without needing to explain, justify, or hide important parts of your identity.
If you have ever sat across from a therapist and felt yourself shrink, edit, or translate parts of who you are just to feel safe in the room, you already know how exhausting it can be to find affirming care. Maybe you have been pathologized for your relationship structure, dismissed when you brought up your identity, told your sensory needs were too much, or treated like a project to fix rather than a person to understand. You are not too much. There is nothing wrong with you. You deserve a therapist who sees all of you, your strengths, your story, and your needs, without translation.
My work is rooted in healing as an act of reclamation. I provide affirming, person-centered, body-affirming care for:
- LGBTQIA+ and Queer individuals
- Neurodivergent teens and adults (ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD)
- Couples and relationships of all structures, including non-monogamous relationships
- Kink-allied individuals
- Trauma survivors
Together, we may explore identity, relationships, communication patterns, trauma, emotional regulation, self-acceptance, life transitions, or the challenges that come with navigating a world that does not always make space for who you are.
You do not need to have it all figured out before we begin. We can start with exactly where you are right now and move forward together at your pace. Your lived experience guides our work.
My hope is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be fully yourself, supported enough to grow, and empowered enough to build a life that feels aligned with who you are. 💛
