My "Why": I aim to be the first warm, supportive connection someone experiences when reaching out to Ideal Psychology Group. As a Patient Care & Operations Associate, I’m here to make the process feel approachable and easy, whether that’s helping new clients get scheduled or supporting existing clients and clinicians with administrative needs. I care deeply about mental health awareness and creating an inclusive, positive experience for everyone who connects with us.

Specialties

  • What I love about my role/our community: I truly enjoy being part of the administrative side of care and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. As an aspiring clinician, it’s especially meaningful to be in this space and contribute to client care in a different way. I love the strong sense of inclusiveness within the practice and the positive, supportive environment that makes it such a great community to be part of. It’s really exciting to be surrounded by people who are so passionate about the work they do, and to play a role in helping clients feel welcomed and supported from the very beginning!

I like to create a sense of ease for clients and clinicians alike, making sure everyone feels supported, heard, and taken care of.
