Let's Work Together
You are enough. You aren't too much. Your feelings make sense.
You might appear to have it all together while masking your way through the day. Replaying conversations. Doubting choices you've already made. Carrying things that affect you more deeply than you let on. Your brain is constantly on, with no rest in sight, and you just want the noise to stop.
Maybe you've been told you aren't enough. Or maybe you've been told you're too much, too sensitive, that you feel things too deeply.
You are enough. You aren't too much. Your feelings make sense, and you don't have to sort through them alone.
I work with teens and young adults across Michigan navigating complex trauma, ADHD, autism, AuDHD, anxiety, depression, and grief. Some of the people I see have known they were neurodivergent for years. Others are only starting to wonder, finally putting a name to something they have felt their whole life. Both are welcome, and neither one requires a diagnosis to start.
If you're a parent reading this hoping your kid will finally feel understood by someone, that's exactly what I'm hoping for too.
I believe knowledge is power, and that understanding the root of what you're struggling with gives you real control over your own healing. I'm a listening ear and a steady source of support, and I'll also lovingly challenge you to go further than you thought you could.
Therapy isn't about being told what to do, and it isn't one-size-fits-all. It's collaborative. My goal is for you to feel understood, seen, and genuinely equipped to make the changes you want. I bring warmth, humor, and perspective to that work.
Outside of therapy, you'll find me deep in a book, escaping into a fantasy world, spending time in nature, traveling, or with my family. I believe in taking our challenges and turning them into strengths.
If you're ready to feel less weighed down and find out what healing can actually look like, let's take that first step together. Sessions are virtual, anywhere in Michigan.
