Let's Work Together

You deserve to feel seen and understood.

You might feel caught between wanting to trust and wanting to protect yourself from more pain, or from the feeling of being misunderstood. You're tired of overexplaining yourself or your child, tired of feeling like too much, and quietly wondering if you'll ever feel settled in your own mind and relationships.

If this sounds like you, please know there is nothing wrong with you. These responses make so much sense given what you have experienced. You are not asking for too much. You are someone who's been carrying a lot, often without the support or space to name it. You deserve to feel seen and understood, and that is exactly the kind of therapeutic space we will create together.

I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults, college students, couples, those parenting neurodivergent children and adults, trauma survivors, highly sensitive people, and those navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, betrayal trauma, or religious trauma. Together, we will create a compassionate space to process your experiences, move past self-doubt, and gain practical tools to regain trust and confidence.

Drawing from ACT, CBT, trauma-focused therapy, IFS, Motivational Interviewing, and Behavioral Activation, I tailor our work to support your unique goals and path toward healing.

I bring warmth, deep empathy, and genuine understanding to every session. I believe healing happens when you feel truly safe and seen, without judgment or the need to hide who you are.

Outside of sessions, I love listening to my children make music and do funny voices, taking frequent road trips with my family all over our beautiful state, and exploring hobbies like beekeeping, metal detecting, crafts, and rock hunting. I will soon be trying my hand at magnet fishing!

If you are ready to take the next step toward clarity and healing, reach out today to schedule a free 15 minute consultation. 💛
