Let's Work Together
You're the one who holds it together. You deserve support too.
You're the one who holds it together. You remember everyone's birthdays, you answer the text at 11pm, you're who people call when something goes wrong. From the outside it looks like you have it handled. Inside, you're replaying a conversation from three days ago wondering if you said the wrong thing, apologizing for taking up space you were invited into.
Maybe you've started to wonder whether something else is going on. A lot of the people I work with were never the kid bouncing off the walls, so nobody ever thought about ADHD. They read quietly, they got decent grades, and then they hit adulthood and could not understand why everything took so much more effort than it seemed to take everyone else. Why the laundry sat in the dryer for four days. Why they could lose nine hours to something interesting and not get through one email.
There is nothing wrong with you for needing support, and you don't have to sort this out alone. You also don't need a diagnosis to start.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker offering virtual therapy to adults across Michigan. I work with anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, trauma, relationship challenges, and the life transitions that shake loose who you thought you were. Together we'll look at the patterns keeping you stuck and build practical strategies that fit your actual brain and your actual week, not a version of you that doesn't exist.
My approach is warm, genuine, and built around you. I don't think therapy should feel like someone telling you what you should be doing. I want it to feel like a place where you can show up as your whole self, feel heard, and figure out what actually works for your life. I bring compassion, realness, and a little humor into sessions, because healing doesn't have to feel cold or clinical.
Outside of therapy I'm into family, photography, art, and traveling, and I'm a big believer in the small moments. Life can be messy, busy, beautiful, and overwhelming all at the same time, and sometimes we all need somewhere to pause and reset.
You don't need to have anything figured out before you reach out. You just have to be ready to take the first step. Sessions are virtual, anywhere in Michigan, and I'd love to help you get back to feeling more like yourself.
