There is a certain heaviness that comes with feeling misunderstood, burnt out, and overwhelmed, like no matter how hard you try, it doesn't feel like you're doing enough. You might recognize some of this:

  • the weight of self-doubt, anxiety, and pressure feeling debilitating at times
  • finding it difficult to be kind to yourself, whether that is rooted in your past or present
  • feeling like you have to mask just to get through the day

I want you to know that you belong. You are enough, and you are not alone. Together, we will create an open-minded, warm space where you can comfortably unmask and feel heard and understood.

I am passionate about creating an environment in which you will never feel judged or unsafe exploring any aspect of yourself or your experiences. I believe it's important to meet you where you are and use a strengths-based approach to encourage healing and growth.

It is important to me to create a space in which you can show up as your unique, authentic self, and know that you don't have to have it all figured out. I'd love to support you on your journey and help you feel more in control, confident, and at ease. Healing takes time, and asking for guidance is a courageous step.
