Let’s Work Together
Helping people who identify as neurodivergent and “out-of-the-box” thinkers navigate anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm with structure, compassion, and flexibility
You’ve always tried to do everything “right,” but somehow things still feel off. You work hard, push yourself, care deeply, and end up anxious, burned out, or second-guessing what you’re doing wrong. You might feel like you don’t quite fit the mold, or that your best efforts just don’t seem to work the way they should. If that resonates, I want you to know you’re not alone.
Many of the people I work with are doing their best to hold everything together while quietly carrying the weight of self-doubt or overwhelm. They’re thoughtful, capable, and often the ones others turn to for support, yet inside, they feel stuck or disconnected. In our work together, we’ll create space for you to slow down, untangle what’s been holding you back, and reconnect with your authentic self.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I believe therapy should feel supportive and real, where you can bring all parts of yourself, even the ones that feel messy or uncertain. Together, we’ll build practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident, while exploring the deeper patterns that keep you from feeling at ease.
