Let's Work Together

You've always tried to do everything "right," but somehow things still feel off.

I help people who identify as neurodivergent and "out-of-the-box" thinkers navigate anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm with structure, compassion, and flexibility. You might notice that you:

  • work hard, push yourself, and care deeply, yet still end up anxious or burned out
  • second-guess what you're doing wrong
  • feel like you don't quite fit the mold, or that your best efforts don't work the way they should

If that resonates, I want you to know you're not alone. Many of the people I work with are doing their best to hold everything together while quietly carrying the weight of self-doubt or overwhelm. They're thoughtful, capable, and often the ones others turn to for support, yet inside, they feel stuck or disconnected. In our work together, we'll create space for you to slow down, untangle what's been holding you back, and reconnect with your authentic self.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I believe therapy should feel supportive and real, where you can bring all parts of yourself, even the ones that feel messy or uncertain. Together, we'll build practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident, while exploring the deeper patterns that keep you from feeling at ease.
