Let’s Work Together
I’m passionate about helping people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or in pain, emotionally or physically, find relief and feel more like themselves again. Whether you're navigating chronic illness, grief, depression, or the complexities of ADHD or OCD, you're not alone. Many of my clients carry invisible burdens and are looking for a space where they don’t have to explain themselves constantly. That’s what I offer: a compassionate, nonjudgmental place to be fully seen and supported.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked with individuals from all walks of life, and what continues to inspire me is the strength and resilience I see in every person I meet. My approach is warm, holistic, and collaborative, I meet you where you are, and we move at your pace. I blend evidence-based therapies with deep empathy and respect for your lived experience to help you uncover what’s holding you back and create more meaning and ease in your life.
Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about working together to better understand your patterns, process old pain, and build tools that actually work for your unique mind and body. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to explore what hurts and strong enough to believe change is possible.
