As a mom and former attorney, I understand what it’s like to carry the weight of responsibility while silently struggling with anxiety, OCD, or burnout. You’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep holding it all together by yourself.

I use tools like CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing in a supportive, client-led approach. Whether we’re building healthier boundaries, working through tough emotions, or rediscovering what brings you joy, I’ll walk with you at a pace that feels right for you.
