As a mom and former attorney, I understand what it's like to carry the weight of responsibility while quietly struggling. You're not alone, and you don't have to keep holding it all together by yourself.
Together, we'll carve out a space that's just for you. A space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to feel like yourself again. I use tools like CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing in a supportive, client-led approach. Whether we're building healthier boundaries, working through tough emotions, or rediscovering what brings you joy, I'll walk with you at a pace that feels right for you.
You are the expert in your own life. My role is to support and guide you with compassion, curiosity, and practical strategies that actually help.
